Never brought a visit
How this works: every partner firm has a permanent CP-ID
(like CP100512) in our own register, and visits come from the visit ledger — paper-backed
facts, not guesses. "Live" is how many of a firm's customers are still inside a claim
window; bookings are counts, joined through the CRM's partner link. Tap any firm —
even one that has never brought a visit — for its full page. New spellings from the
forms wait in the Match queue until a person binds them — nothing is merged by
a machine. Phone numbers only ever show their last digits. Nothing on this page writes
to Bigin.
Relationship pipeline
every firm in the register, staged by where the relationship stands
Loading…
A firm moves lanes on its own as visits arrive — nothing here is dragged
by hand. "Spoke" is the last call from the CP team to any number saved under the firm's
People, so a relationship shows even before the first visit. Adding a firm mints a permanent
CP-ID with the status "prospect" — no lead or visit needed.
Channel partner visits
every visit a partner brought — filter, page, add, chase the form
Channel-partner visits only — visits with no partner attached (house
visits) live in the manager CRM's Visits tab. Every completed partner visit counts in
statistics, but only a visit backed by a form can start a partner claim — a typed or
sheet-imported visit wears its "no form" mark until the paper arrives. Press
Upload form on a row the moment the paper shows up.
Forms
every visit form ever — search by VF number, client name, or phone
AllCP-named
This lists every form ever — the digitized paper backlog included.
Older forms’ images live inside the archive PDF bundles — search by name or number to find any form.
Scans open in a new tab on signed links; phone numbers only ever show their last digits.
Lead check
a partner asks about a buyer — check the number before promising anything
Enter the buyer’s number and which partner is asking.
The check runs on the live CRM, and every lookup leaves an audit note on the matched lead.
Lead check needs the live site —
it runs on crm.maxvak.com, not on a local preview.
No match means the number is fresh — no lead exists yet. If the check
can’t run it says so honestly — it never guesses. Nothing here creates or changes a lead;
and remember: a visit is only a visit with a form.
Live customers — every open claim window
Customers the partners brought us whose claim window is still running.
These relationships are the reason partners keep bringing people — look after them.
Tap any row for the customer’s full story.
Why isn't someone here? A customer shows here only while a claim
window from a FORM-backed visit is running. A visit without a form never starts a claim —
chase the form.
Match queue — spellings waiting for a home
A visit form named a partner in a spelling nobody has confirmed yet.
Type the firm it really is and press Bind — or mint a new firm if it truly is
someone new. Every bind is logged with your name.
Add a visit — typed
For a visit that happened (or is booked) but has no form scanned yet.
This platform records partner visits only — a visit with no partner belongs in the manager CRM.
A typed visit counts in statistics but can never create a CP claim — only a form can.
Have the paper? Upload the form instead (dashboard → Visit forms).
Add a firm — being courted
For a partner we want working with us — no lead or visit needed yet.
This mints a permanent CP-ID with the status "prospect".
Upload the form for this visit
Both sides are required — that is the rule. Once attached, the visit's
confidence upgrades and the handwriting is read in the background.
Upload a form
Scan or photograph both sides of the paper visit form.
Both sides are required — that is the rule. The handwriting is read
in the background after the upload; the row appears at the top of the list straight away.
